Update prices across your whole catalog in minutes — run a sale, apply bulk rules, set prices individually, or import a CSV. Schedule changes to start and revert automatically, preview every change before it runs, and roll back any job in one click.
Bulk Price & Tag Scheduler runs price and tag changes as previewed, reversible jobs. Choose how prices change — a percentage or amount-off sale, bulk increase/decrease/set/round rules, manual per-variant prices, or a CSV upload — then pick which products to change (all products, a filter, or hand-picked variants). Every job shows a full preview before anything is written to Shopify, each completed job can be rolled back in one click, and changes can be scheduled to start later and revert to the original prices automatically.
Discount your whole catalog or a filtered set by a percentage or a fixed amount, show the original price as a struck-through compare-at, and round to clean price points like .99 — in a few clicks instead of a manual export.
Pick when a sale starts and when prices return to normal. The app applies the change and restores the original prices on schedule, so you never have to remember to undo a promotion.
Preview every affected variant before anything is written, then roll back any completed job in one click — the app restores the exact original price, compare-at, and tags from a saved snapshot.
Open the app and choose how prices should change — a sale, bulk price rules, individual prices, or a CSV upload.
Pick which products to change: all products, a filter (collection, vendor, product type, tag, or title), or hand-picked variants. A live storefront preview shows the result.
Choose when: change now, or schedule it for later with an optional automatic revert back to the original prices.
Review the full preview, confirm, and the app applies the change in the background — then roll it back anytime in one click.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and yearly billing saves 20%. Billing is handled securely through Shopify's billing system on a 30-day cycle — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from inside the app. If a store reaches its monthly update quota, the app pauses new changes until the cycle resets; prices already applied are never affected.
Each variant whose price or compare-at price changes, and each product whose tags change, counts as one update toward your monthly limit. Skipped or unchanged items are never counted, and rolling a change back does not double-count.
Yes. Every completed price or tag job can be rolled back in one click — the app restores the exact original price, compare-at price, and tags from a snapshot taken before the change. You can also schedule an automatic revert when you set the change up.
Yes. Large selections are enumerated with Shopify's bulk operations and processed through a background queue, so changes across thousands of variants run reliably without timing out. Small selections preview instantly, and every job is previewed before it applies.
Yes, on the Unlimited plan. A price change can target your base prices or a specific market, B2B, or POS catalog price list. (B2B and POS catalogs require a Shopify plan that supports them.)
All charges go through Shopify's own billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, yearly billing saves 20%, and you can change or cancel your plan anytime from inside the app.
Bulk Price & Tag Scheduler is coming soon to the Shopify App Store, with a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. Email support@nvtrends.com for early access or launch updates.
