How does billing work for NV Trends apps?
All charges are handled by Shopify’s billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. We never see or store your payment details. You approve every charge inside your Shopify admin before it starts.
Do the apps have free trials?
Yes. Paid plans include a free trial the first time you subscribe — 5 days across all our apps. You are only charged after the trial ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
What happens when I uninstall an app?
Shopify cancels the subscription automatically the moment you uninstall — there is nothing to cancel manually and no further charges. If you reinstall later, you simply pick a plan again.
Will your apps slow down my storefront?
No. NV WhatsApp Chat uses a single lightweight script delivered through a Shopify theme app embed with no external libraries. Order Validation & Automation works entirely through Shopify’s webhook system after an order is created — it never touches your storefront, theme, or checkout.
What customer data do the apps access?
Each app requests only the permissions it needs: NV WhatsApp Chat stores your widget settings (never your customers’ messages — those go straight to your WhatsApp), Order Validation & Automation reads new orders to evaluate your rules and logs the results for your diagnostics page, and Microsoft Clarity & Heatmaps stores only your Clarity Project ID — it requests no access to products, orders, or customers.
Can I test an app before using it on my live store?
Yes. Install the app on a Shopify development store — development stores are free, and you can configure the app and run test orders without affecting a live storefront.
How fast is support?
Email support@nvtrends.com and include your store’s .myshopify.com domain plus the app name. NV WhatsApp Chat plans include priority support. We answer every message.
